5-POINT HIGH SPEED TOGGLE LEVER DESIGN
Optimized design of 5-point high speed vertical toggle. Upgrading toggle magnification and the ratio of clamping cylinder stroke into opening stroke, so dry cycle is more than 30% reduced.
Platen size and tie bar clearance are extended for more productions of injection moulds.

STRUCTURAL REINFORCED PLATENS DESIGN
Movable platen is box-shaped design with T-slot and tapped mounting layout; platen thickness and rigidity are both strengthened to minimize its deformation.
Self-lubricated compounded plate is supported at bottom to move platen with minimum friction to steel tape. Platen mounting layout is as per Euromap standard. Optional features such as proportional valve of mould movement position control or ejector on fly is also available.

MODULARIZED INJECTION UNIT
Modularized injection unit set as per injection pressure, speed, shot weight, plasticizing etc. specifically for various molding terms. Three sizes of screw selected in basic and may revise on request.
The movement of double injection cylinders is supported by linear guideway to achieve perfect positional precision and non-friction move at injection performance. Optional features such as shut-off nozzle, electric screw drive and bimetallic screw barrel are available by request.

GERMAN REXROTH SERVO PUMP
The SVP system consists of synchronous rotary speed controlled servo motor with driver of control section and internal gear pump. System software is inclusive of a set of closed loop pressure and flow controller. The switch over from flow to pressure control and backwards is done automatically by the software. The controller has been optimized to avoid pressure overshoot during switch over from flow to pressure control.  For the machines requiring higher flows, the Master-Slave system is applied by one master servo unit combining single or multiple slave servo units that can supply sufficient flow for large machines.

LOGIC TYPE HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
Integrated hydraulic circuit design aims to reduce efficiency loss. Injection and clamping manifolds standard features logic valves for performing with no delay and responding at shortest time.
New servo system has no issues of heat generation from pressure/speed proportional valve, neither of oil drain by variable pump, oil temperature maintains regularly. The capacity of oil tank is about 50% requiring in comparison of conventional fixed pump machine, but on condition of non-stop production, oil temperature is getting stably and low that extends oil quality as well.
Commissioning high efficiency heat exchanger also upgrades cooling capacity to IMM, chilling water is therefore less consumed.

JAPAN LUBE LUBRICATION PUMP
Special design of grease medium with characteristics of high pressure and wear-resistant can take perfect lubrication effect on toggle pins and shafts. Averagely thousands of mould shot by one lubrication cycle makes less grease consumption and the alarm of lubrication fail prevents short supply in case of pipe damage or tube used-up.
