Hyrobotics introduces NEXIA series 3 Axis Servo Robot with Body Attached Automatic Gate Cutting Circuit.

Many molders are required to do secondary process to cutting gate or sprue after take out parts by either labor or robots. Hot runner is also one of expensive option to choose for the molders. And repetitive gate cutting process are developed arthritic hands or pain after many years of repetitive motion and increased insurace cost in the past.   NEXIAROBOT

 

HYRobotics introduces NEXIA Series 3 Axis Servo Robot which is comes with Automatic Gate Cutting Circuit.It will allow Robot grip the parts and move to body attached gate cutting position and cut the gate or sprue and place robot to conveyor or stack. Nexia Series Robot controller is easy to add position ( even in Automatic mode )and also motion. If mold is multi cavity, molders can choose to install multi-cavity gate cutter to minimize cycle time or add more position and gate cutting motion to use one gate cutter for multi cavity parts. 

 

Body attached automatic gate cutting unit minimized foot print of molding space and also can transfer gate or sprue to grinder or a box to recycle.  ( You can download video from www.hyrobots.com ) 

 

Also Nexia series robot comes with 3 Axis stacking feature. Parts can be stacked vertically and horizontally after gate cutting. All these features included in HYRobotics Nexia Series 3 Axis Servo Robot
