HYRobotics introduces NEW SUPERSIZE NEXIA series 3 Axis Servo Robot for North American Market.

 

This robot can be installed on from 2000 to 4000 Tons Large Injection Molding Machines which is for appliance (Large size LCD), automotive (Car Bumper) and mateiral handling (Plastics Pallet) plastics injection molding market.

NEXIA Supersize has double arm support structure for descent arm and telescopic (2 times) for low ceiling plant with high speed/robust operation. It's main components are 3 AC Servo Motors (Yaskawa) and driver and 90 Degree Chuck Rotation (Festo), timing belt and pulley mechanism for less maintenance, Linear motion guide (NSK) for smooth operation with minimized noise. Traverse and Kick body designed with steel frame and aluminum extrusion for up and down armoptimized robot structure.

Also it comes with 5.7 inch touch screen HYNC-700 which is already famous in north america automotive market for flexible teaching  programming (Easy to add position and motion in during step) and body attached interface box with Red/BlueBright LED show molding machines interface,  8 user input/ 8 user output for secondary automation2 chucking and 1 vacuum with verification is standard. Manual, Step, and Auto function with easy I.O checkingin touch screen will maximized efficiency of robots. (If mold has complicated shape like special core which require motion in side of mold, Hyrobotics HYNC-700 Series mightbe a good recommendation, operator just select add a position in the mold, move robot arm with servo jog button and save, it will creat another robot step and robot step can be stored up to 80 operational step and 99 mold program in the control system).

Also balanced up/down Festo cylinder minimized motor's stress for longer life cycle time, body attached air reservoir tank forregulated  air pressure control and easy maintenance with steel ladder on back side of robots.
